We accept payments in forms of cash, checks, major credit cards, and Flex Benefit savings cards.
We do not accept insurance claims at this time.
However, we can provide receipts and treatment reports for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursements.

A prescription or signed consent from your primary physician is required and must be presented prior to your first session.

* Each session in a series of 3 must be scheduled and redeemed separately.
* All sessions in series must be scheduled within 3 consecutive months at time of purchase.
