Practice Policies

*** Additional policies have been implemented in regards to the current CORVID-19 pandemic, and will be included in the appointment confirmation email.
Payments

We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, employment flex benefit cards, as well as gift certificates issued by ABB. Gift certificates are assigned specific numbers that are entered as form of payment. Any returned checks will be subject to a $30 fee.

Refunds
Canceled sessions will receive an account credit for the prepaid amount. Refund requests will only be processed if appointments are cancelled in advance (see 'canceling an appointment' policy below). All refunds will be reduced by the amount of any credit card processing fee charged by SQUARE.

Time of Service Rates
Our standard session rates reflect discounted price at time of service = see our Standard Rates page for details.

Making and Canceling an Appointment
To ensure availability, please schedule appointments at least 48hrs in advance. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations without notice (no-shows) and with less than 24 hour notice will be billed for the full amount of the session or automatic redemption of certificates or prepaids. We understand that emergencies happen and will make every effort to make reasonable exceptions.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in single and series of 60- and 90-minute sessions.
Non-discounted gift certificates expire after 3 years, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Discounted gift certificates expire 6 months from date of purchase for the promotional value and 3 years for the purchase value (with additional charge to match current standard rates). To redeem certificates, appointments must be scheduled in advance and certificates must be presented at the time of the scheduled session. Session rates may change and affect the paid value of gift certificates/cards.

Consideration for Clients Who Are Minors
Clients under 15 years of age must have a parent or guardian present during the sessions at all times.

Privacy
We fully respect your modesty, by keeping your body covered at all times. Only areas of the body that are being worked on will be uncovered. In addition, we will never disclose your personal information outside of our clinic. Any information you supply will be held with the utmost care and confidentiality, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Please visit our Policies and Procedures page for more details.
